Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of oral and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
